Pony Kür to music for the Leeuwarden Entrepreneurs Fund Prix for Danish Steffanie Victoria Horsted Dyrlund

Following the Team Challenge, the Leeuwarden Business Fund Prix, a freestyle for ponies, was on the program on Saturday. Ten combinations danced through the WTC Expo and were judged by a delighted panel of judges. The top three were international: Denmark, Germany, and the Netherlands. Victory went to the just fourteen-year-old Danish rider Steffanie Victoria Horsted Dyrlund and her 10-year-old stallion Cosmo Callidus NRW, who had already won four European dressage gold medals in his career. The combination achieved an impressive score of 76.11%.

Second place went to Germany. Hannah Charlotte Isbruch and her eleven-year-old mare Dabia Dior Nrw scored 74.19%. Third place, like yesterday, remained in the Netherlands. Britt Kikkert-Van der Linde and her eighteen-year-old gelding Nur Für Dich received 71.91% from the judges.

Immediately in love
Steffanie: "I've had Cosmo for a year and a half now, and when my parents bought him, I was the happiest girl in the world. We were looking for a new pony with experience, and I love dark brown ponies. We found two, but they were both stallions, which we didn't want. We decided to try Cosmo anyway, and I fell in love immediately. We'll keep him as a stallion. Of course, there are some things to consider, like not being stabled next to a mare, but otherwise, he's super sweet."

600 kilometres
This is our first international indoor competition. We heard from riders who had been here before that Indoor Friesland was such a great show, so we decided to enter. We had to travel 600 kilometers, which is relatively close for us. It's fantastic here; everything is well organized. Regarding my ride today, I'm extremely happy. Of course, it can always be better, but so far, I couldn't have done better.
