Volunteers

Welcoming guests, pampering staff, writing to international judges, collecting coupons, cleaning the stables of world-famous horses, helping grooms carry, assisting course builders, supporting the media team or guarding the routes so that both horses and the public can move safely?! These are all tasks for which we are looking for volunteers!

Would you love to come and help out during Indoor Friesland, are you thirteen years or older and would you like to contribute to this wonderful event? Then read on!

Contribute to a successful Indoor Friesland
During an event like Indoor Friesland, more is involved than the regular team can handle. We therefore need extra help and are therefore looking for enthusiastic volunteers!
Would you find it super fun to come and help during Indoor Friesland and do you want to contribute to a successful course of this wonderful event? We are happy with your help!

Various functions

We can use help in many areas. From organising the arrival of the horses to receiving guests in the VIP stand and from keeping the grounds clean to supporting the media team. Some tasks require strength, others require knowledge of ICT, good photography and a good camera, technical insight or real knowledge of horses.

Complete event

We prefer people who are available for the entire event. For some parts, such as helping the grooms upon arrival and cleaning the stables, this will happen the day before or after the event. If you are present for the entire day, we will provide you with lunch and/or dinner.

Employee evening

Shortly before the event, we will organize a staff evening for which we cordially invite the volunteers who have been assigned. Important information will be discussed on this evening, so we sincerely hope that you will be present. The date will follow asap. If this is not possible and you do not have any experience at Indoor Friesland yet? Then we will contact you so that you will still receive this information.
