WTC Expo Prix Ponies for German Hannah Charlotte Isbruch

Indoor Friesland 2025 has begun! At 8:30 sharp, the first competitor entered the arena at the WTC Expo in Leeuwarden. The top three immediately became a truly international event. Germany, Denmark, and the Netherlands received the first ribbons and the magnificent Indoor Friesland ceremonial blanket. It was early, but the eleven combinations that presented their Pony Team Test to the judges were clearly completely asleep. Germany took the win. Hannah Charlotte Isbruch and her eleven-year-old mare Dabia Dior Nrw achieved a fantastic score of 70.809%.

Second place went to Denmark. Steffanie Victoria Horsted Dyrlund and the ten-year-old stallion Cosmo Callidus Nrw also passed the 70 percent mark: 70.714%. Third place remained in the Netherlands and will go to Texel after this weekend. Britt Kikkert-Van der Linde and her eighteen-year-old gelding Nur Für Dich scored 69.762%.

Through social media

Hannah is still a little dazed when we speak, while her mother holds her pony and looks on proudly. Hannah: "I'm sixteen, and this is my last year with the ponies. This is my first year at Indoor Friesland. Last year, I saw pictures on social media, and it all looked fantastic. I'd love to compete in a few more good competitions. Dabia is my own pony; I've had her since the winter of 2021. However, I've been competing in international competitions since I was twelve."

Beautiful track and canvas in the background

I love it here. Everything looks fantastic and is very well organized. The arena and the beautiful backdrop of Friesland are special to me, but I also really appreciate that everything is under one roof. Regarding my test, I was very happy, but the simple changes didn't go completely smoothly. The highlights were the extended walk and trot, and she stayed with me very well.

"This is my last year with the ponies, but I already have a horse I'll be competing with in the Juniors. We've been a combination for five weeks now, and last week we competed for the first time at the national level and came in second right away."
